As anticipation builds for The BRIT Awards 2024 with Mastercard, music enthusiasts can mark their calendars for the highly anticipated BRITs Week for War Child, set to kick off on Saturday, 2nd March. This philanthropic musical extravaganza will feature a diverse array of performances by celebrated artists at venues both in the capital and beyond.
The opening act on 19th February will be the soulful singer-songwriter Cian Ducrot, enchanting audiences with his heartfelt ballads at London’s iconic Union Chapel. Simultaneously, down in Brighton, rock royalty You Me At Six will set the stage ablaze with their electrifying performance.
On the following night, 20th February, London’s O2 Shepherds Bush Empire will play host to the beloved band Keane, promising an unforgettable evening for fans. BRITs Week will reach its pinnacle on 21st February, featuring a triple-header of stellar shows. Indie pop sensation Baby Queen will grace Lafayette, while BRIT award-winning rapper Aitch will command the stage at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Additionally, indie rock veterans Ash will make a historic debut at the iconic 100 Club.
The excitement continues on 23rd February with electronic heavyweights Pendulum delivering a high-tempo set at central London’s HERE at Outernet. On 28th February, the Nottingham duo Sleaford Mods, renowned for their distinctive post-punk sound, will captivate audiences at London’s Scala.
Two rising stars in the industry, CMAT and Venbee, will showcase their talents on 1st March at Bush Hall and Omeara, respectively. As the grand finale to a spectacular series of shows, The Last Dinner Party, winners of the BRITs Rising Star 2024 award and the BBC Sound poll, will close the curtain on BRITs Week at The Trades Club in Hebden Bridge on 4th March.
